SECONDARY SCHOOLS LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS
See the lesson plans and student workbook below in order to further cultivate leadership qualities and resilience in your year 11 or 12 students.
7- SERVANT LEADERSHIP (BONUS CLIPS AND DISCUSSION QUESTIONS)
Please note that the "Equip Leadership Workbook" can be printed or accessed on laptops.
A typical highlight of UPP leadership incursions is raising awareness of some excellent leadership and team building qualities, and the process of giving "shout-outs" to those who demonstrate the qualities. For this reason the A.S.P.I.R.E. acronym is included for your reference below:
A- take ACTION, be willing to have a go
S- SERVE, see the needs of others, and support them
P- PERSIST through struggles, challenges, setbacks and failures
I- INFLUENCE others and set the example
R- RESPECT for people, group, equipment and environment
E- ENCOURAGE others
