The Role- Facilitator (Casual Position- Commencing Term 2, 2019):

Due to our continued growth, an opportunity has now arisen to join our dynamic and passionate team of facilitators, as we aim to serve the needs of schools in QLD, NSW and Victoria. As an UPP Facilitator, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional UPP incursions across. These incursions are typically with large groups of students (50-250) and range from short workshops (45 minutes) to full day incursions. You must be a confident communicator, who builds rapport with students and provides an exceptional level of service to our partner schools. Initially, you will work alongside a senior member of the UPP team. In order to apply, you must have availability for a minimum of two days per week.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with large groups of students.

  • Be articulate, engaging and highly professional in delivering presentations.

  • Tertiary qualification in education or related field (desirable, but not essential). University students studying Education or related fields are welcome to apply.

  • Working With Children Check.

  • Experience in Outdoor Education, Leadership Development, Personal Training, Youth Ministry, Sports Coaching, Psychology, or a Pastoral / Wellbeing role in a School would be beneficial.
