Instructions

  • TEACHER CHOOSES 5 MEMBERS OF THE CLASS TO BE “PERSONAL TRAINERS”.

  • EACH “PT” CHOOSES AN EXERCISE FROM THE FOLLOWING LIST AND ALL MEMBERS OF THE CLASS COMPLETES THE 5 MINUTE ROUTINE TOGETHER.

 

10 BURPEES
15 SQUATS
10 (EACH LEG) LUNGES
10 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
15 SQUAT JUMPS
30 STAR JUMPS
1 MINUTE HIGH KNEES
10 TRICEP DIPS ON DESK OR CHAIR
300M SPRINT/JOG (IF POSSIBLE FROM YOUR CLASSROOM)
10 PUSH UPS
20 WALKING LUNGES
30 SECONDS PLANK
15 BURPEES
30 SECONDS WALL SIT

PURPOSE: ENCOURAGE EXERCISE, FUN, BLOOD FLOW AND GETTING ENERGIZED AT THE START OF A DAY OR LESSON.
