MODULE 8 - BUILDING STRONGER CONNECTIONS

HELPING STUDENTS BUILD BETTER RELATIONSHIPS

Other people are the best antidote to the downs of life, and the single most reliable up.
— Martin Seligman

As humans, we need other people and quality relationships in our lives in order for us to thrive. It isn’t about the quantity of our relationships, but the quality of our relationships. Throughout this program, we look at how to effectively build new and existing relationships with those around us. In particular, we look at Building Empathy, Respect, Assertiveness, living above the line and being a Go-Giver.

These lessons have been specifically designed by UPP for you, your students and your classroom, to make learning these topics as easy and engaging as possible. All you have to do is read the rationale and follow the steps in each lesson!

Find the links to the 5 Stronger Connections lessons below and ensure that students save or print their Stronger Connections workbook (you might like to save and email it to them).
