EQUIP LEADERSHIP INCURSION FOR YEAR 11’S
Equip Leadership is a full-day, high-energy workshop designed to inspire and challenge Year 11 students to step up as leaders in their school community. UPP student leadership training days are action-packed, fun-filled, and designed to equip your Year 11 cohort with the skills to rise to the challenge — leading by example, through service, and with purposeful action.
This is not a sit-and-listen event — it’s an interactive, hands-on experience that calls on every student to lead through their influence, strengths, teamwork, and actions. We use our proven A.S.P.I.R.E. framework to help students become both great leaders and effective team players.
Workshop Structure: Equip Leadership Full-Day Experience
Session 1 – Leadership is Influence
Exploring how everyday leadership is built on example, service and action, not just titles or positions.
Session 2 – The EPIC Race
A high-energy, small-team race packed with challenges that bring the A.S.P.I.R.E. framework to life.
Session 3 – Battle of the Houses
An action-packed, house-based competition that builds team spirit, strengthens peer connections, and inspires students to lead together.
For your formal student leadership groups, our "Leading from the front" workshop is designed to provide support to students who have been entrusted with the responsibility of leading the school in a formal way. It is a great follow-up to the whole cohort EQUIP LEADERSHIP day.

Details and Pricing
The investment for this engaging and transformative incursion, including follow-up materials, is $22 + GST per student (minimums apply), plus travel expenses if applicable. Delivered at your school — by team members based in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne — this whole-cohort workshop works best in a school hall or similar space.
