FRIENDSHIP FITNESS provides practical, skill-based workshops and online lessons designed to strengthen students’ personal and social capabilities, helping them build awarness of self and others asd the make mind and manage there friendship and connections.
This experience is delivered at your school by our team and is designed for whole year-level cohorts, divided into single or multiple groups to ensure the message is fully experienced and not lost.
Delivered on the same day, it’s a high-impact workshop (35–80 minutes age depending) that can be tailored to suit your school’s schedule.
Each session is fast-paced, practical, and interactive — linking directly to the online follow-up series to help students continue living out their faith beyond the day.
THE FOUR KEY PARTS
PArt one — myself
This part focuses on self-awareness, belonging, and the foundations of healthy friendship.
Students learn that understanding themselves is the first step in connecting meaningfully with others.
Key concepts and skills include:
Know Myself, Grow Myself – discovering personal identity, values, and unique qualities
Personal Foundations – understanding the beliefs and habits that shape healthy relationships
A Friend Unto Myself – learning self-respect as the basis for respecting others
My Piece in the Puzzle – recognising personal contribution to the class and community
Connect and Belong – finding confidence in who I am and where I fit
Part two — making
This part explores how to form positive connections that are grounded in trust and kindness.
Key concepts and skills include:
Me 2 We – shifting focus from self to shared purpose
Friendship Foundations – understanding what makes relationships strong and lasting
Character Strengths – identifying personal gifts that help build connection
The Seasons of Friendship (Spring) – learning how new friendships form and grow
Sowing & Growing – nurturing friendship through encouragement and inclusion
part three — MINDING
This part teaches students how to sustain friendships and navigate changes with integrity and empathy.
Key concepts and skills include:
Keeping North – staying true to personal values even when challenged
Friendship Compass – using empathy and perspective to stay on track
Golden Rule – practising kindness and fairness in daily interactions
The Seasons of Friendship (Summer & Autumn) – learning to appreciate, nurture, and repair connections
Friendship Toolbox – practical tools for checking in, apologising, and rebuilding trust
Part 4 — MANAGING
This part equips students with emotional and relational tools to handle conflict, friction, and change in healthy ways.
Key concepts and skills include:
Friendship Friction – identifying and managing tension before it becomes drama
Dealing with Drama – responding with calm, confidence, and care
The Seasons of Friendship (Winter) – understanding the role of setbacks in growth
Friendship Toolbox – strategies for communication, empathy, and problem-solving
Managing Emotions – building resilience, self-regulation, and emotional awareness
Our relationships are a sum of the short-term interactions we have with other people. These can either be life-giving, or life depleting (Dr Jane Dutton, University of Michigan).

Engaging Learning Approach

Follow-up resources are provided for teachers after each workshop to reinforce key messages throughout the school year. These resources provide clear language and practical strategies to help continue your students’ learning in an engaging, consistent way.
Details and Pricing
The investment for this engaging and transformative incursion — including all follow-up materials — is $399 + GST per class (minimum of three sessions per day), plus travel expenses where applicable.
Delivered onsite by our experienced team — based in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne — this single-session workshop (35–80 minutes) is designed for whole-year cohorts, facilitated in individual class groups to ensure every student is engaged and the message is fully experienced. — these workshop works best in a school hall or similar space.
Schools outside these areas may consider our online lesson as an option.
