Welcome to our Schools of Leadership Excellence!

This auditing tool will help give your Student Leadership Process a health check.

You will notice the 10 steps of an Authentic Student Leadership Development Process and get a score for each section of the process at your school. This audit tool is brand new and will give your student leadership process a rating.

It will be administered as part of your Schools of Leadership Excellence Membership.

Once the audit is completed, we will give you your Official Endorsement Certificate, Digital rating emblem (Gold, Silver, Highly Commended, or Merit) and Recognition as a School of Leadership Excellence for the current year.

We will then provide you with tailored recommendations and book you in for a 1:1 consultation with an UPP leadership specialist. This will help you break down the steps of your student leadership development process, and diagnose where improvements can be made.
