EQUIP 2
STUDENT LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR YEAR 11 OR YEAR 12 STUDENTS- ONLY AVAILABLE AS PART OF A 2 OR 3 DAY PACKAGE.
UPP student leadership training days are action-packed, fun-filled and designed to equip your year 11 cohort with leadership skills that will have them stepping up to the challenge to be positive leaders and role models - by example, service and action.
“Equip 2” is full day workshop. It is a high energy, high impact training, and it calls upon every student to contribute through their influence, strengths, teamwork and actions. The following sessions are the next steps along the leadership pathway for your students. It provides a deeper exploration of the themes we embedded through EQUIP LEADERSHIP. Many schools use this as a very effective format for a 3 day school camp.

What our partner schools say
“UPP are highly professional in their approach, facilitating a leadership day with our College that both reinforced the work we had already undertaken with the students as part of our leadership process while introducing complementary information to enhance their understanding of student leadership. They did this using theory and practical activities which engaged and inspired the students to make an impact as College leaders in their senior year.”
“This is a very worthwhile program that is perfectly aimed at the age bracket, their current place in the world, their values and especially their degree of resilience. I especially enjoyed the program and activities in immediately taking all of our students out of their comfort zone, challenging them physically, emotionally and intellectually. Presenters very quickly established great rapport and respect. Awesome.”
““The UPP program is dynamic, highly engaging, relevant and meaningful to our students and staff. I highly recommend the UPP team.””
““The Equip Leadership day was great, high energy and engaging, the student feedback was great. Keen to book again for next year.””
“A big thank you to the UPP team. The session Pete and Hogan ran was fantastic and really allowed our students to come out of their shells and engage with one another. We surveyed students at the end of the day and there was an overwhelming positive response about the UPP session.”
“UPP worked with our Yr 11s on a leadership preparation program again this year. They listened to our needs and catered a program around them. It was heavily activity based, delivered with intensity and humour which kept our students engaged throughout the day. Our students are extremely diverse culturally, racially and socio-economically, yet this program was once again able to reach every single student.”
