CORONAVIRUS UPDATES

Information for UPP community as of March 24, 2020

Dear Customers,

As you are fully aware, containing the coronavirus is a priority for all of us. Our remaining Term 1 and Term 2 face-to-face workshops are now suspended, while we are looking to further expand our online offerings in order to support schools through this time.

For existing customers, we have flexibility on all bookings

Your options now include:

  1. Proceed with our adapted program. If you would like us to consider using video presentations and online follow-up lessons, please notify Tracey of this and we will come up with a solution together.

  2. Postpone your program until a suitable date after July 13. In this case, please contact Tracey Lees (UPP Head of Service) on admin@unleashingpersonalpotential.com.au or 0403 046 302, and she will help you choose a different date.

Please let us now how you would like to move forward with this via phone or return email. At UPP, we will work with you to come to a suitable outcome for yourself, your school and your students.

Online support

Some schools have been asking us recently for online options to support them and their students in the case of students being away from school and also school shutdowns. As a result of this, we have decided to make our Personal Wellbeing Practices which are now in video format (and valued at $497+GST), freely available to all schools. These practices are evidence-based practices that we have made practical for students and teachers. We believe that it is as important as ever to continue to equip our students with wellbeing strategies during this trying time. Please contact Tracey Lees (UPP Head of Service) on admin@unleashingpersonalpotential.com.au and she will arrange access for you.

Further to this, if your school would like to access our online lessons, so that your students can continue with a wellbeing curriculum from school or home, please contact us about accessing THRIVE Online Lessons for Pastoral Care and Wellbeing, which we will now offer at a $500 discount until June 1 (regular value is $1,497+GST). This includes 38 lessons with videos, activities and discussion questions, as well as student workbooks that students can complete at home or in classrooms and submit them electronically to their teachers.

If your school is not totally satisfied that we have met all 8 points outlined below through the service and support delivered (by UPP incursions and lesson plans), we will refund 100% of your investment.

1. Practical strategies will be articulated to students.

2. Clear rationale for the strategies will be provided to students (from neuroscience, psychology, education research or literature, or from years of practical experience working with students).

PAYMENT TERMS AND ALTERATIONS POLICY

Terms and Conditions of Payment

All bookings will be quoted and charged based on the total number of students estimated by the school upon booking. This is to allow UPP to appropriately arrange staffing for your incursion. Please note, in any case where the number of students exceeds what was confirmed by the school, the appropriate additional cost per student will be added to the invoice. For multiple booking packages, a single invoice will be delivered after the first in-school training is delivered. Payment is due within 14 days of experience delivery.

Cancellations / Alterations Policy

All cancellations and alterations must be made by phone or email no later than two weeks prior to the incursion date. Any jobs cancelled within two weeks of the incursion date will incur a 50% charge of the total incursion cost. In these instances, UPP will work with schools to find the best alternative date in order to avoid a cancellation. Alterations to any bookings where we have booked and paid for air travel will require travel expenses to be reimbursed fully by the school.
